Membership fees: payments (both credit/debit card and off-line payments): Please note that once an individual membership payment has been made, there is no refund. Users may cancel within 2 hours, or any refund for an unused portion of the existing Membership may be issued at Darjeeling Cricket Club Committee’s sole discretion. Any refunded amount will be via bank transfer, or cheque only

Event payments: (both credit/debit card and off-line payments): Please note that once an events payment has been made, purchasers will be entitled to a refund, on the condition that the refund request is made at least 7 calendar days prior to the date of the event (not including the date of the event itself).

For example, if the event is to be held on 20 May 2020, the last date on which a refund request could be made would be 13 May 2020.

Products and Merchandise payments: Customers can cancel their product order within 24 hours, or before being dispatched. Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only. Credit card refunds will be processed within 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Other payments (off-line payments): will be processed within 45 days, depending on approval by Darjeeling Cricket Club Treasurer and the receiving bank.

Returns Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Payment Confirmation:

Credit Card and debit Card payments: Once payment has been made through darjeelingcricket.com, confirmation of payment will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Other payments: Once payment has been made via bank transfer, cash or cheque, confirmation of payment will be sent to the purchaser via email within 7 business days of receipt of payment
